We are looking for talented and passionatepastry prep cooks to join our teamat Koloman working alongside Koloman'sexecutive pastry chef Emiko Chisholm. Pastry prep cooks are responsible are responsible for food production and plating in accordance with company specs and timing standards. Cooks are responsible for following Company recipes and operating procedures at all times. We are looking for cooks that have: Experience as a line and prep cook (2+ years in fine dining or Michelin preferred) Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a kitchen Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude About Us Kolomanis a contemporaryEuropeanrestaurant where Chef Markus Glocker blends Parisian creativity with Viennese tradition.
